Return and Refund Policy

  1. Returns

    • We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@liora.com with your order number.

  2. Refunds

    • Once we receive your returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

  3. Exchanges

    • We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, please return the original product and place a new order.

  4. Defective or Incorrect Items

    • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will offer a full refund or replacement.

  5. Non-returnable Items

    • Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.

  6. Return Shipping

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
